Welcome to CloakitPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://cloakitpro.com and the services provided by Reflect IT Service.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our Traffic Management System (TMS), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Services

CloakitPro provides professional digital tools designed for:

• Traffic Filtering: Analysis and redirection of web traffic based on technical parameters.
• Bot Mitigation: Protection against automated scrapers, crawlers, and non-human entities.
• Brand Safety: Securing proprietary marketing funnels and intellectual property from unauthorized viewing.
• Real-Time Analytics: Providing detailed logs on traffic quality for auditing purposes.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using CloakitPro to:

• Engage in or facilitate fraudulent activities or identity theft.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal material.
• Violate the legal rights of third parties or bypass security measures of ad networks in a deceptive or harmful manner.

Reflect IT Service reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards without notice.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our services are provided through Stripe and our Merchants of Record (MoR) Dodo Payments and Paddle.

• Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan (Starter, Professional, or Business).
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annually).
• Taxes: All listed prices are exclusive of VAT or sales tax unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Reflect IT Service and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our filtering algorithms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflect IT Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Reflect IT Service may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
