We use the collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our traffic filtering services.
• Identify and block malicious bots, crawlers, and invalid traffic.
• Process payments through our authorized partners (Stripe, Paddle, Dodo Payments).
• Send essential service updates and support communications.

3. Data Processing and Role

For the purposes of the GDPR and other privacy regulations, CloakitPro acts as a Data Processor regarding the traffic data you send through our system. You (the User) remain the Data Controller of your traffic.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Traffic logs used for auditing and filtering are typically kept for a limited period (e.g., 30–90 days) before being anonymized or deleted, unless required otherwise by law.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers essential to our operations:

• Payment Processors: Stripe, Paddle, and Dodo Payments for secure transaction handling.
• Infrastructure: Cloud service providers used to host our edge filtering network.
