Refund Policy
CloakitPro — Reflect IT Service | Last Updated: April 27, 2026
At CloakitPro (a product of Reflect IT Service), we stand behind the quality of our traffic protection tools. To ensure our users can integrate our solution with confidence, we offer a clear refund framework.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If CloakitPro does not meet your technical requirements or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
The process for requesting a refund depends on the payment method used at checkout:
- For payments via Dodo Payments or Paddle (Our Merchants of Record): Please contact their respective customer support teams directly with your Order ID. As our Merchants of Record, they handle the billing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.
- For payments via Stripe: Please contact our internal support team at support@cloakitpro.com. We will process your request within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Conditions and Limitations
- Initial Purchase Only: The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription period. Renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds.
- Abuse Filter: We reserve the right to deny a refund if we detect a violation of our Terms of Service or if the Service has been used for fraudulent activities during the trial period.
- Post-14 Day Period: After the 14-day window has closed, no refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your access to CloakitPro will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing month.
5. Merchant of Record Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with the standard terms and consumer protection regulations of Dodo Payments, Paddle, and Stripe. In the event of a conflict between this policy and the terms of the Merchant of Record used for your transaction, the Merchant's terms shall prevail.
